Rafael Dos Anjos will fight Colby Covington for the UFC Interim Welterweight championship at UFC 225. Ahead of the pay-per-view, both the fighters appeared on the media conference call last day. Both of them held nothing back during the call and threw shades at each other.

One of the biggest takeaways from the call was Dos Anjos’ comparison of Conor McGregor and Colby Covington.
Dos Anjos said that Colby is just a ‘worse’ version of Conor McGregor.
“I grew up in Brazil in the favelas, man. Bullies, trash talking, doesn’t work with me. But I think Colby, he’s just trying [to be Conor McGregor]. Conor does it well. Conor, he’s a rich man, he makes a lot of money. He’s a businessman, and I can respect that. But Colby, he’s just a worse version of Conor McGregor. He’s trying to be like Conor, but when he loses to me, his career is done. All he has is talk, nothing else,” Dos Anjos noted.
Colby also had his moments during the call and even went on to compare himself to Donald Trump.
UFC 225 takes place on June 9 in Chicago and will be headlined by the Middleweight championship fight between Yoel Romero and Robert Whittaker.
