Siddharth Singh gave the BJJ fans in India another reason to cheer as he reached the semi-finals of ACBJJ World Championships in Moscow a couple of days back.
Siddharth, who is the founder and CEO of Crosstrain Fight Club and the host of the podcast Lockdown with Sid has been one of the most successful BJJ practitioners out of India for quite some time now.
He noted down the following statement on his Facebook page after finishing his campaign at the World Championships.
“It was a great experience competing at the ACBJJ World Championships in Moscow over the weekend. I made it to the semi finals of the World Championships in the Purple Belt division. Would have been nice to make it on the podium but for an Indian Purple Belt to make it this far and be ranked top 4 in the world is I guess not too shabby. Thanks to everyone who sent their wishes from back home, I really appreciate the support. I’m bringing that world Championship to India one day.
