India’s mixed martial arts athletes may be taking over ONE Championship – but the country’s representatives have just as strong of a presence on Instagram.
From a recently crowned World Champion to a rising flyweight star, here are four Indian athletes you need to follow on the photo-sharing platform.
#1 ONE Heavyweight World Champion Arjan ‘Singh’ Bhullar

ONE Heavyweight World Champion Arjan “Singh” Bhullar is enjoying his new reign as the undisputed king of the division.
However, his Instagram page isn’t all about mixed martial arts.
The global superstar also shares family moments, travel photos, and old-school clips of his young wrestling days.
#2 Atomweight Contender Ritu ‘The Indian Tigress’ Phogat

Ritu “The Indian Tigress” Phogat is one of ONE’s rising atomweight stars, as she’s gone 4-1 since joining the organization in 2019.
Like her compatriot Bhullar, Phogat shares more than just your typical mixed martial arts posts on Instagram.
Among other things, the Indian Wrestling Champion uploads photos devoted to her Singaporean adventures, women’s empowerment, and faith.
#3 Flyweight Star Gurdarshan ‘Saint Lion’ Mangat

Gurdarshan “Saint Lion” Mangat is a former accountant turned professional mixed martial artist and competes in ONE’s flyweight division.
He most recently defeated the #4 man on our list, Roshan Mainam, by unanimous decision at ONE: DANGAL in May.
Mangat varies up his posts on Instagram, but you can tell just by one look that he loves his gym time, has a knack for fashion, and enjoys traveling – especially if the destination includes water or elephants.
#4 Flyweight Rising Star Roshan Mainam

Mainam is another rising flyweight star in ONE Championship, and before being defeated by Mangat, he went 3-0 in the organization with a 100 percent finishing rate.
On Mainam’s Instagram page, followers will find training posts, motivational content, and travel photos.
