ADCC South Asian Championship 2022 Result: Institute of Jiu-Jitsu and Crosstrain Fight Club emerge as the top teams in India

In the recently concluded, ADCC South Asian Championship, Bengaluru based Institute of Jiu-Jitsu and Delhi based Crosstrain Fight Club emerged as the best gyms in the country as grapplers from these two gyms accounted for the majority of the medal winners.

Institute of Jiu Jitsu won 6 Gold, 6 Silver and 3 Bronze medals in the ADCC South Asian Championship. On the other hand, Crosstrain Fight Club won 3 Gold, 9 Silver and 5 Bronze medals. Other top performers were Mumbai based Team Relentless and Superhuman gym. Sahil Dahiya of Team Relentless won the gold in 99kgs intermediate category.

Devesh Thakur (Institute of Jiu-Jitsu) and Shivansh Nautiyal (Crosstrain Fight Club) were awarded the best fighters at the ADCC South Asian Championship. Both grapplers also received 20,000 INR cash prize.
