Fight fans may have to wait for more towards suer hyped ‘Newell world order,’ as Alex Munoz just put an end to the ‘Notorious’ Nick Newell’s dream of getting into the UFC by winning the Dana White’s Tuesday night Contender Series (DWTNCS).

Munoz defeated Nick via a unanimous decision (30-27 x 3). An absolutely dominating performance. He clearly had edge over Nick on the ground and the feet. He connected most of the Jabs and got many takedowns. His intense pressure was too much to handle for Nick.

Nick showed himself to be a fighter and not a fighter with a disability, that’s what he wanted from this opportunity. Good job by him, and good job by Alex Munoz, who was simply too much to handle. I think and hope that Nick gets another shot on the Contender series. What a performance tonight from both guys!
