Ali Abdelaziz discusses Khabib vs Floyd: ‘Khabib can knock him down!’

Last year Floyd Mayweather defeated Conor McGregor in the biggest fight of the year. He stopped Conor McGregor in the tenth round via TKO and made a whopping $285 million and the fight sold 4.4 million PPV in North America. It was ranked as the second biggest fight in the history of combat sports right behind Mayweather vs Pacquiao.

Although the fight was a farce in the opinion of most hardcore sports fans, it was sold like a real grudge match and both Mayweather and McGregor exploited the fans and made them believe that McGregor had a chance against the greatest boxer of this era.

Now, Floyd Mayweather is back again with another farce fight, as he says he is willing to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov, who is coming off of an impressive fourth-round submission win over McGregor. He called out Mayweather last week in a boxing event in Russia in presence of CEO of Mayweather Promotions Leonard Ellerbe.

Now, Ali Abdelaziz who is Khabib’s manager went one-step ahead to tell that Khabib can even drop Floyd Mayweather.

“I know it’s a different sport, but Khabib knocked Conor down and Floyd couldn’t.

“And all it’s going to take is one punch, and I think Khabib can drop Floyd.”

“I don’t know if he can finish him… I know he can drop him if he landed because he’s too small.”
