UFC double champ Amanda Nunes and strawweight contender Nina Ansaroff may have accomplished something which no championship could ever match for, a beautiful baby girl!
Earlier this morning, Nunes and Ansaroff welcomed their daughter.
The duo took to social media to announce the birth of Reagan Ann Nunes. (via MMAFighting):

“Speechless,” Nunes wrote.
“Raegan Ann Nunes is here!” Ansaroff wrote. “I can’t wait to show the world! September 24th, 2020 will forever be my favorite day. You are a dream come true. Happy daughter’s day to my beautiful girl.”
Nunes and Ansaroff, women on a mission!
UFC women’s bantamweight and featherweight champion Amanda Nunes needs no introduction.
‘Lioness’ is on an 11-fight winning streak. The streak includes a win over Miesha Tate to become the UFC women’s bantamweight champ in July 2016. The highlight of her career being an upset first-round knockout of then invincible Cris Cyborg to become the women’s featherweight champ of the world as well.
She’s coming off a lopsided unanimous decision win over Felicia Spencer at UFC 250 in June. She is expected to fight Megan Anderson at UFC 256 in December.
Ansaroff, on the other hand, will obviously make her return in 2021. Speaking in an interview a few months back, she made an announcement of making her return at flyweight. Till then, she vows to stay as fit as she can.
“I’m taking a year off. Whatever happens in this year, is going to happen in this year. 100 percent [I will return]. I’m going to fight at 125 [pounds] though.”
“I’m going to stay in shape,” Ansaroff said. “I’m not going to just not doing anything and jump in. I’ve never had a baby before so I don’t know what to expect but I’ve come back from other injuries and really bad accidents to being a professional athlete where they said it’s not possible. I don’t know.”
“I’ve never had a baby. I’ve had friends that have had babies but they’re also not an athlete but they’re also not me.”
