Ariel Helwan ended ‘The MMA Hour’ after a 9-year run in June last year. The MMA Hour was a weekly show that featured interviews with the biggest names in mixed martial arts and was hosted by Helwani. But it moved to ESPN after they signed him last year.
Although the show was never shown on the ESPN channel, instead was streamed on ESPN+ later was uploaded to Youtube. But now it looks like Helwani will finally have a one-hour version live on ESPN 2 or ESPNEWS every week.
Helwani took to Twitter to announce this news.
Very excited to announce that beginning next Tuesday a one-hour version of the #HelwaniShow will air on either ESPN2 or ESPNews every week. Intvs from Monday + new stuff. This was always the goal. The show was always more than a pod, and now it’s finally on TV. Thank you, @espn!

So it will air every Tuesday night at 9 pm PT / 12 am ET. The majority of the episodes will be on ESPN2. If you can’t watch live, DVR! And for international fans, don’t worry: this changes nothing about the Monday show. Same time and place. Just a dream realized. 👃
