Artem Lobov might’ve lost his recent fight against Michael Johnson, but he is still winning hearts by keeping his word.

Lobov fought Johnson at UFC Fight Night 138 after Lobov’s original opponent Zubaira Tukhugov was pulled from the card for attacking Conor McGregor during the UFC 229 post-fight brawl. Michael Johnson took the fight on short notice and Lobov had promised not to take the 20% fine if Johnson missed weight.
Fortunately or unfortunately for Lobov, Johnson missed weight and then went on to win the fight via a unanimous decision. And now, according to Johnson, Lobov has kept his word about 20%. You can see the tweet from Johnson below.
In my book respect is always earned, never given. Hats off to @rushammer for not only a tough fight our last outing, but also being a man of your word. Respect was earned, hands down. #victory #teammenace #securethebag #bagsecured #menacecity #ufc pic.twitter.com/ifEIBinr95
