Artem Lobov is set to fight Michael Johnson this weekend. And although the fight is just days away, the MMA fans are still concerned about UFC 229.

Lobov’s teammate Conor McGregor lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov at the pay-per-view and the whole rivalry between McGregor and Khabib was built on how Khabib and his teammates confronted Lobov. In addition to this, the SBG Ireland star was supposed to face Khabib’s teammate Zubaira Tukhugov this weekend.
However, Tukhugov was taken away from the fight after he was involved in the post-fight brawl at UFC 229. UFC subsequently booked Michael Johnson as a replacement for the event.
And now, Lobov has revealed that he is completely focussed on Johnson. He also added that he is not bothered by all the buzz surrounding UFC 229. You can see the video of the interview below.

Lobov is currently 13-14 in his career and is on a two-fight losing streak at the moment. He had lost to Andre Fili and Cub Swanson in his last two fights. Michael Johnson, meanwhile, is 18-13 in his career. Johnson defeated Andre Fili in his last fight and marked an end to his three-fight losing streak which saw him suffer defeats to Darren Elkins, Justin Gaethje, and Khabib Nurmagomedov.
