Light heavyweight contender Phil Davis will square off against Vadim Nemkov in Bellator MMA’s return to Israel on Nov. 15. in Tel Aviv.
The event will be headlined by Patricio “Pitbull” Freire (27-4) vs Emmanuel Sanchez (17-3) in a featherweight title bout inside Menora Mivtachim Arena.
Also appearing on the card will be Ryan Couture, taking on Israel’s own Haim Gozali for the second time. The two first fought at Bellator 180 in New York, a bout that Couture won by unanimous decision.
The event will air LIVE on Paramount in US and Bellator has partnered with Ananey Communications, an Israeli television conglomerate boasting 14 channels, including the EGO and EGO TOTAL channels, which have broadcast Bellator in Israel since 2012 and in India, the fight will be live on Dsport.
Nemkov is on a four-fight winning streak and is training partner to Russian MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko.
Phil Davis (19–4 (1)) has won both his bouts since losing the Bellator light heavyweight title to Ryan Bader at Bellator 180.
