As a result, the team managed to reach a final point tally of 76 points which was way bigger than their closest rivals which finished with 35 points.

“The amount of hard work that each of the athletes at IJJ put day in and day out is nothing short of incredible. The passion with which these guys train and perform is a sight to revel in. Coach Rohit Vasudevan’s belief in the philosophy of JiuJitsu has percolated to each and every one training in the gym. It is because of his belief in his students that they can perform with such precise skill and absolute savagery in every tournament. Institute of JiuJitsu has become an abode to many, helping them to be their absolute best in competition as well as in their daily lives. It is the future of grappling sport demonstrated at the highest level,” John, a member of IJJ Bangalore noted in an exclusive statement to MMA India Show.

Akshay Bhimaya, Ankin Mahesh Patil, Rahil Ahmed, Debojit Dasgupta, Reuben Cherian Jacob, Nihaal Joseph, Zain Nadiadwala, Shubhankar Debnath, Devesh Thakur, Asha Badrinath, Aliya Sharif and Bhuvaneshwari Nagarajan are the team members that participated at the BJJ Nationals for IJJ Bangalore.
