In that fight, Conor was supposed to face Jose Aldo who pulled out of the contest just a few days before the fight. With no one else to show up, Chad decided to test Mcgregor’s skill-set and was very successful in doing so. He took Conor down in the first and the second round and landed some vicious ground and pound and also made Conor bleed. But by the end of the second round, he was very tired as he didn’t have enough cardio for the fight due to no training camp. Conor took over the situation and landed an amazing left straight that send Chad to the ground and Conor finished him at the very last moments of the fight.
