Chris Weidman is currently busy preparing for his showdown with Luke Rockhold at UFC 230. However, he took some time out from his training sessions last day to give the MMA fans some history lessons.
With a post on his Instagram account, Weidman recalled how he had knocked out Uriah Hall eight years back to become the Ring of Combat Champion. He also reminded everyone that both he and Hall were the biggest undefeated prospects outside the UFC during that time.

A lot has changed in the past eight years. Weidman is now 14-3 in his career and will fight Rockhold next month as mentioned earlier. Hall, on the other hand, is 13-9 and is sitting on a defeat against Paulo Costa. Hall was 4-0 in his professional career when he suffered the defeat to Weidman. Weidman, on the other hand, was 2-0.
