Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz will meet for the third time on 24 November at The Forum in Inglewood, California, in a pay-per-view event promoted under Golden Boy Promotions. Chuck Liddell (21-8 MMA, 16-6 UFC) and Tito Ortiz (19-12-1 MMA, 15-11-1 UFC), are both members of the UFC Hall of Fame.
Initially, pay per view price for this event was $49. But just a few days before the fight, Golden Boy Promotions has slashed the pay-per-view price.
After slashing pay-per-view prices last Friday, Golden Boy Promotions is again running a blue-light special, slashing down the price of pay-per-view to $39.99.

Oscar De La Hoya expects that this event will be sold out by fight day. Oscar is counting on PPV buys and also mentioned the trend regarding gate and PPV numbers.
Oscar told a media house “And guess what the profits are going to be for Chuck and Tito. That’s exactly the way it’s structured. We feel that the gate being 70% sold, once you sell out the gate, the pay-per-view numbers are going to be relatively high.”
Oscar added, “Every boxing show that I’ve promoted, you have to start with the gate. Once you sell out the gate, the pay-per-view numbers will be higher than expected.“
