Indian mixed martial artist Anshul Jubli will be seen in action next month as he is slated to appear at the upcoming Road to UFC semifinal, which will take place on the 23rd of October at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.

Anshul, who competes at lightweight, will lock horns against South Korea’s Kyung Pyo Kim in the lightweight semifinal during Episode 6.

The semifinals will take place a day after UFC 280 takes place on 22nd October at the Etihad Arena, featuring a star studded fight card headlined by a UFC Lightweight Championship bout for the vacant title between former champion Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev.

Anshul, who is undefeated as a professional and has a 5-0 record, was supposed to fight Japanese fighter Patrick Sho Usami (4-1) in Episode 4 of Road to UFC on 10th June, but the fight was called off after Usami was unable to make weight and was taken to the hospital.
