Former two-division UFC champions and the biggest UFC superstar Conor McGregor revealed what exactly happened during his face-to-face clash with Machine Gun Kelly at MTV awards. During the recent MTV Video Music Awards, UFC’s biggest superstar Conor McGregor had a small altercation with the celebrity rapper Machine Gun Kelly. According to TMZ, Both McGregor and MGK came face to face at the event at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. Conor then went on to ask MGK for a picture which he denied and then he went on to push McGregor which instigated the brawl. McGregor then threw a drink at MGK and Megan fox and he also went on to swing some shots at them, Before security jumped in to stop both the parties.
The reports have no authenticity as there’s no proper video evidence of what exactly happened. The reports also seem baseless, because Mcgregor is himself a huge superstar, and him to go and ask for a picture with MGK didn’t make sense for many MMA fans.

After the rumors of the incident started floating around, Mcgregor’s team stepped forwards and stated that he never went o ask for the picture and that wasn’t the reason why to quarrel took place.
The MMA contacted McGregor’s team and got the following statement from his representatives.
“Conor McGregor did not ask anyone for a picture, nor did he instigate this incident,” the statement read. “He does not know Machine Gun Kelly, outside of the fact that he attended Conor’s fight this past July.”

After the scene was ended, MGK was asked about the incident to which he replied by walking off from the interview.
Though moments later Conor Mcgregor himself talked to the media and cleared all the doubts regarding the incident. Mcgregor said that nothing like the rumours said took place and instead he doesn’t even know about Machine Gun Kelly, apart from the fact that he is dating Megan Fox.

Talking to the ET at the event “Absolutely nothing (happened),” McGregor said. “I don’t know. I just showed up and I don’t know. I don’t even know the guy to be honest with you. Just rumors. Nothing happened with me. I only fight real fighters. People that actually fight. I certainly don’t fight little Vanilla Ice white rappers. I don’t even know the guy. I don’t know anything about him, except that he’s with Megan Fox.”
