In breaking news, UFC International Fight Week will not feature Conor McGregor. And Alex Pereira is back to save another UFC event.

In the past week, It was speculated that Conor might not be fighting as UFC feelers were out hunting for replacements. Yesterday, MMA Hour revealed that the fight was in serious trouble and now Dana White confirms the news.

As per Dana White, Conor McGregor is injured but he gave no clarity on the nature of the injury or when will we see him back. Earlier a lot of people predicted that if Conor pulls out of this card, it will mean he’s retiring.

Alex Pereira taking on Jiri at a 2 week notice saves the day for UFC. And the only loser from this announcement is Michael Chandler.
