The former UFC champ champ Conor McGregor last fought at UFC 228 against his bitter rival Khabib Nurmagomedov. He lost the fight in a rather brutal fashion after being ragdolled for almost close to 20 minutes by Nurmagomedov, he was then eventually submitted by the Russian in the fourth round of the fight due to a rear-naked choke. Ever since then fans have been wondering when will McGregor fight next. While the UFC President Dana White had recently revealed that McGregor will compete in early 2020, now McGregor has fuelled this possibility by posting a video of him working out.

McGregor has been asking for an immediate rematch Nurmagomedov. However, while White hasn’t completely rejected the idea, he has stated that McGregor might first fight the winner of the fight between jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz or someone else.
