The trilogy fight was a back and forth battle that lasted only one round. Dustin took Conor down and landed some vicious elbows and ouches on him. Conor tried to lock in a guillotine choke but was unsuccessful. The doctor came to check the leg and declared it was broken. Hence, Dustin won the fight via TKO by Doctor Stoppage.
