UFC CEO Dana White is a health-conscious individual who enjoys sharing his accomplishments with the public. He recently made an effort at a “seven-day water fast.” After 86 hours of fasting, according to Dana White, he began to feel like a “superhero” after achieving “incredible” results. His before and after images demonstrated significant improvement, therefore the fast clearly worked wonders for him.

White gave an explanation of his recent activities on Instagram Reel. He disclosed that he started his fast on Saturday night following UFC 295 and finished it on Wednesday. He fasted on water for 86 hours in all. On Saturday night, Dana White shared a photo of himself without a shirt, which he then contrasted with his image from Wednesday. His body had changed significantly.

“I love sharing this kind of stuff with you,” said Dana White as he opened up the video. According to him, Gary Brecka, his expert friend at 10x Health Systems told him that consuming water for about “72” hours helps with the whole ordeal. In fact, White expressed certainty that it helps reduce the chances of contracting cancer by 70%.

“So when I left the event on Saturday night, I started fasting,” White noted while mentioning UFC 295. He then showed a picture of him taken on Saturday night and compared it to a much more ripped picture of him a few days later. “I don’t know if you’ve seen this online but it’s called the seven-day water fast. Doctors have done studies on this. And this thing is legit, it gives you an over seventy percent of not getting cancer, alzheimers, and other nasty diseases.”
