Dana White discusses San Antonio shooting

UFC president Dana White clarified the alleged involvement of UFC fighters to the media following the UFC on ESPN 10 event in Las Vegas.

If you don’t think that I heard about that one at 7 a.m. this morning. You know what I mean? I hope it’s not true,” Dana White told reporters after Saturday night’s UFC on ESPN 10 event in Las Vegas.

But I hear that all the time. You know how many bald guys in this town walk around and say they’re me. It’s mind-boggling. If I told you some of these stories, you wouldn’t believe it. I’m hoping that is the case.” Dana White concluded (h/t – MMAJunkie.com)

Residents residing near Rebar are frustrated by the shooting incident. KSAT.com reached out to the people living in the area where they expressed their anguish over the shooting.

It is pretty shocking,” one resident said. “I know a similar situation happened about 10 years ago. It was just scary because I was in my house when I heard the gunshots going off and I was kind of freaking out because I didn’t know what was going on. It is just sad because it puts everyone in danger, and I hope nothing like this happens again.”

There, the commotion has been going on for some time now,” a resident said. “REBAR is actually a good place. The owner has worked hard with us on becoming a great neighbour, but it’s the bars across the street.”
