White expressed concern over the prevalent use of CPAP machines for sleep apnea treatment, emphasizing the gravity of his situation. He revealed that a doctor in Los Angeles had recommended throat surgery as a solution to his snoring problems. The proposed procedure involved cutting his throat to widen it, a prospect that White found daunting. He reflected on the potential consequences, saying, “They were going to cut my throat and make my throat wider, could you f**king imagine if I did?”

The UFC mogul opted to explore non-surgical alternatives to address his sleep apnea, showcasing his commitment to maintaining his health without resorting to extreme measures.
