World’s biggest Mixed Martial Organisation, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) finally unveiled the much awaited BMF title ahead of the UFC 244 weigh-ins in New York.

UFC 244 is one of the biggest cards of the year as Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz are fighting for the BMF (Baddest Motherf*ck*r) in the game belt. This belt is an absolute unique belt and this will only be a one-off time where they use this title. The BMF title costs $50,000 to make.

The design of the BMF title was extremely similar to the UFC championship title, with UFC replaced by BMF and the material looks Silver, while the UFC official titles are Gold coated. According to Dana White, the winner will be the ultimate BMF and according to him, the belt will not be defended by either winner.

WWE superstar Dwayne Johnson was present at the ceremonial weigh-ins with the BMF title and will also be presenting it to the winner of the main event Saturday night.

I’ve been a fan of MMA for a very, very long time. A fan of these fighters. A fan of these warriors,” Johnson explained. “When you think about the world of MMA that everybody in this room loves and we have such a great respect, love, and reverence is from my perspective…there’s individuals in MMA. There’s warriors in MMA. Men and women who have this incredible humanity who achieved these incredible accomplishments. That’s what I want the world to see. Because these men and women, who again we love all around the world who are in MMA, sacrifice so much. And there’s so much pressure for them to win. There’s so much pressure for them to succeed. And so much pressure for them to remain on top if they’re fortunate enough to be on top.” (H/T – MMAmania.com)
