UFC and MMA legend, global icon and international celebrity, “The Notorious” Conor McGregor was quite recently involved in another major controversy which saw him go to jail, only to be later released by paying a rather hefty $12,500 bail bond amount for snatching and destroying a man’s high-end $1,000 smartphone. Now in a recent interview, the father of the man McGregor assaulted has spoken out and verbally smashed the Irishman.

Mahamad Abdirzak, the victim’s father recently told Daily Mail in a brief interview that he is no fan of McGregor and rather prefers his eternal rival Khabib Nurmagomedov. Here’s what he had to say:

What McGregor did is exactly in his character, He’s an angry man. I’m not a fan of his at all. I prefer Khabib (Nurmagomedov). He’s the fighter I like to watch, not McGregor.
