Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor are still involved in banter over social-media and have been taking digs at each other ever since their boxing match. Mayweather has also raised speculation over his MMA debut by posting pictures and videos of him training inside the octagon. A few days ago, UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley had claimed that he is actually preparing and training ‘Money’ Mayweather for a potential MMA fight. He had further explained that he is training Mayweather in wrestling, grappling and on how to defend kicks. Many people had laughed off Woodley’s claims. However, if Floyd’s bodyguards are to be believed then the UFC champion is actually training Mayweather and the former boxer has already become quite adept at grappling.

Conor McGregor last fought and defeated Diaz at UFC 202 via unanimous decision. He then went on to challenge former UFC lightweight champion, Eddie Alvarez for his title. “The Notorious” defeated Alvarez via TKO in the second round at UFC 205. However, he has been on a hiatus from MMA ever since and instead went on to have a much discussed boxing match with the legendary Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather. Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather had a multi-million dollar boxing match last summer. “The Notorious” had lost the bout via TKO in the tenth round. Although, he did receive a lot of praise for his valiant effort against arguably the greatest boxer of the current generation.

The boxing bout between ‘Money’ Mayweather and “Mystic Mac” was one of the biggest ever. It sold around 4.3 million in PPV sales and it certainly won’t be a surprise if a rematch between the pair even breaks the record of Floyd vs. Pacquiao in PPV numbers.

A TMZ reporter recently spoke with two members of Floyd’s personal private security force, Jizzy Mack and Greg La Rosa. They revealed that they haven’t seen Woodley train Floyd but will actually be the perfect trainer for him. They further praised Woodley and called him a ‘beast’. The bodyguards also revealed that Mayweather Jr. can actually wrestle. Here’s what they said:

I don’t know(on whether Woodley has started training Mayweather).

Tyron Woodley is a great, hell of a fighter. Division 1 wrestler, BJJ brown belt, had 22 fights. He’s a beast. If anybody can show Floyd how to fight in the cage, he would be the man.

Floyd’s tough all around … he can wrestle.
