Recently, UFC officials announced a women flyweight fight between Veronica Macedo (5-2-1 MMA, 0-2 UFC ) and Gillian Robertson (5-3 MMA, 2-2 UFC) for UFC Fight Night 145 (UFC Prague) on February 23. This is UFC’s first event in Prague, Czech Republic.
Veronica Macedo is coming off of two losses. She lost her last fight to Andrea Lee via Unanimous Decision.
Gillian Robertson lost her light fight to Mayra Bueno Silva via submission (armbar).
This fight is important for both the fighters as both are coming off of a loss.
The main event at UFC Fight Night 145 is a bout between Thiago Santos, ranked 6th and fourth-ranked light heavyweight contender Jan Blachowicz.
UFC Fight Night 145 (UFC Prague) event will be held at the O2 Arena and is set to air live on ESPN+.
