Gurdarshan Mangat gave a tribute to Sidhu Moosewala
While Gurdarshan Mangat won the fight, the highlight of the event was his tribute to Punjabi rapper Sidhu Moose Wala, who was shot by unidentified assailants while driving near his home in the Mansa district last Sunday. “The community has been in mourning this week but we can’t forget the strength and power his voice was. I truly felt it in my Entrance and hope all of you at home felt it. I know anyone that tuned it, felt that the individual might be gone but the strength of his art remains. Thank you Sidhu for leaving pieces of such a powerful voice ….Dil da ni mada Saada Sidhu Moosewala,” Gurdarshan Mangat posted on Instagram in a tribute to Sidhu Mosse Wala.
Prior to his fight against Y2K, Gurdarshan said in an interview with The MMA India Show, that he has his eyes set on Geje Eustaquio, who is the former flyweight champion and he also holds a win over the current champion (Adriano Moraes).
