Former UFC double champion Henry Cejudo has slammed Tyson Fury for backing down from Jon Jones fight talks.

Jon Jones will fight you any day of the damn week: Henry Cejudo tells Tyson Fury

Fury, the WBC heavyweight champion is currently without any confirmed opponents, and in the present world of combat sports where crossover fights are becoming more and more relevant, the undefeated Briton called out UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones following the comments from Joe Rogan.

“I’m the baddest man on the planet!” said Fury. “I heard Joe Rogan say something about me, and I’ve been off all the social medias and didn’t reply to that little pu—y, little f—king midget, bald-headed midget,” Fury stated in a video shared on his social media. “I heard him say that Jon Jones could f—k me up if we were in the room together. I don’t think so. Not a man born from a mother could f—k me up, in a room, on our own. Whatever happens in that room, I’d be walking out. Not a f—king problem.” [H/T MMA Mania]

Upon the challenge from “The Gypsy King”, Jones welcomed Fury to a fight, but in the Octagon, and UFC prez Dana White was also ready to book the fight as long as it happens in the cage. Following this, Fury backed down from the fight and instead called out Anthony Joshua.

In the meantime, “Triple C” has been annoyed at Fury for how he backed down from the Jones fight and in a recent video on his YouTube channel, slammed Fury as well as termed his resume as “lacking”.

“Tyson Fury, you have an offer by the most powerful mixed-martial-arts promoter in history, Dana White,” said Cejudo. “Will you get paid more than you have been in boxing? One-hundred percent. Jon Jones is up for grabs, Jon Jones will fight you. Jon Jones will fight you any day of the damn week. My question is Tyson Fury all talk? Is he just out there for media attention?”

“Because the only person I can really think of that he beat, and it was like 15 years ago, he wasn’t in his prime, was [Wladimir] Klitschko. I can’t think of another person that Tyson Fury has really beaten where I’ve really been impressed by, he’s not fighting anybody. If you’re in this for the entertainment, f*ck it, fight Jon Jones! You’re not fighting anybody!” he added. [H/T BJPenn.com]
