Former UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo is all set for his bantamweight debut when he takes on former UFC bantamweight title challenger Marlon Moraes at UFC 245 this weekend. If Jose Aldo gets past Moraes this weekend, he has expressed interest in fighting UFC bantamweight champion Henry Cejudo.

However, Jose Aldo has a tough fight in Moraes this weekend. On top of that Aldo is also having a severe weight as recent picture revealed.

Henry Cejudo who captured the vacant bantamweight title earlier this year has revealed that he wants to fight Aldo in Rio De Janeiro.

If he wins, I’d like to fight him in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I love Brazil, I want him to win, really. I really want this fight,’ Cejudo said in an interview to Combate. “He will fight the “Triple C”. And you’ll feel a pressure you’ve never felt in your life. I am ready to show that I am the King of Rio.”

Despite all of this, Cejudo doesn’t actually believe that the fight with Jose Aldo will ever materialise and he cited his weight cut to the bantamweight as one of the reasons.

Aldo will lose a lot of weight, this is a problem he will have. I think Marlon will knock him out. Marlon is a very strong guy at 61kg [135 pounds], very dangerous,” he explained. “Aldo will drop a lot of weight, and it will hurt him. I think Marlon will knock out José Aldo in the first or second round. Marlon is a different kind of animal.”  (h/t – BJPenn.com)

Jose Aldo is coming off of a unanimous decision loss to Alexander Volkanovski at UFC 237 which took place in May earlier this year. Before that, he was on a two-fight winning streak having defeated Renato Moicano and Jeremy Stephens.

Who do you guys think wins between Aldo and Moraes?
