Indian Boxing star Vijender Singh(11-0-0) is all set to fight on November 22 in Dubai at Caesars Palace, Bluewaters DXB against Charles Adamu (33-14-0) of Ghana. The fight is the co-main event.

The unbeaten Boxing sensation from Bhiwani is set to fight on a card promoted by MTK Global and Round 10 Boxing, in association with Top Rank Promotions. Vijender Singh last stepped inside the ring back in July at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, when he took on Mike Snider and defeated him via TKO in the fourth round.

Charles Adamu is coming off of a TKO victory over David Okai in February earlier this year. Adamu is a well-known name in Boxing world as he has fought current WBO super middleweight champion, Billy Joe Saunders, last year. He has also fought former world title challenger Rocky Fielding back in 2014.

In other action from Dubai:

  • In the main event, Jack Catterall will face Timo Schwarzkopf. A win for either fighter would be a top contender to fight for the world title.
  • Former world title challenger Muhammad “Falcon” Waseem (9-1, 7 KOs) will battle former light flyweight world champion Ganigan Lopez (36-10, 19 KOs) in an eight-round super flyweight contest.
  • Super bantamweight contender Thomas Patrick Ward (28-0, 4 KOs) will take on Mexican veteran Martin Casillas (20-11-1, 10 KOs), winner of four straight, in an eight-rounder.


The fight will be available for viewers on Sony Ten1 & Sony Ten HD1. The entire card will start streaming from 9 pm IST.
