UFC featherweight champion Ilia Topuria has long been known for his knockout power and dominance in the octagon. Now, fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of his older brother, Aleksandre Topuria, who recently announced his timeline for making his much-anticipated UFC debut.
Aleksandre, nicknamed “El Cazador” (The Hunter), revealed in an Instagram post that his debut was initially scheduled for the end of 2024 but has now been moved to early 2025 due to promoter decisions. “Good afternoon to you all. I wanted to give you some news about my UFC debut, initially the debut was going to be at the end of this year, but due to decisions of the promoter I have been given the date at the beginning of 2025. God’s time is perfect, I’m ready when the time comes,” he wrote.

Aleksandre, who has a professional record of 5-1, made his pro debut back in 2015 and has since compiled three straight wins after a six-year break from the sport. His most recent victory was a first-round ground-and-pound stoppage of Johan Segas in May 2023. With a 100% finishing rate in his wins, Aleksandre is poised to make a significant impact in the UFC.
