Indian MMA fighter Sumeet Khade is set to make his MMA return on June 16 at the ACB 88: Brisbane event.
The fighter announced the same through his Facebook and he is set to be the first Indian fighter to compete in the promotion. The event is scheduled to take place at the Chandler Arena in Sleeman Sports Complex and the opponent of Sumeet is yet to be revealed.

Sumeet, who currently holds a record of 9-2 to his name, is riding on a three-fight winning streak at the moment thanks to his Super Fight League outing earlier this year. He had secured wins over Krishnan Rawat, Pawan Goyal and Vikas Dahiya in the league and the first two victories went on to be viral as well as they were highlight reel worthy stoppages.
The 26-year-old currently trains out of Superhuman Gym and the gym’s association with Jackson Wink MMA Academy could come in handy while Sumeet prepares for his showdown in ACB.
The promotion

The Russia-based promotion will host its next event in Moscow on May 5th and has one more event lined up in Nottingham, England before they head out to Australia for ACB 88.
