The hottest boxing prospect Jake Paul is now planning to focus his attention on MMA and has already found a coach and a gym for himself. Jake Paul is arguably one of the main attractions of the boxing world at the moment. Jake has turned himself from a YouTuber to a full-time professional boxer in no time. He was recently scheduled to fight PRO-BOXER Tommy Fury. The match was set for December 18, 2021, at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. But just a few weeks before the fight, Fury pulled out due to an injury and is replaced by Jake’s former opponent Tyron Woodley. The Pair previously fought on August 29, 2021. Jake Paul had won that fight via split decision.

Now the pair is set to collide again this Saturday and both of them seemed to be very hyped about their second fight. Ahead of his rematch with Tyron Woodley, Jake Paul has also laid out his future plans in combat sports. Jake Paul has always mentioned his interest in competing in MMA and now it seems like we might see him soon fight an MMA fight as he has already got himself an MMA gym.

“Yeah for sure, 100 percent [I would do MMA],” Paul said during the pre-fight press conference on Wednesday. “I think it could happen. Why not?

“If I can learn how to box in two years and beat people like him then why can’t I learn how to do MMA in two years and beat people like him? That’s my answer. It will happen at some point. 100 percent.”

Tyron Woodley made fun of Jake Paul for saying that he will be competing in MMA.

“You lie,” Woodley said. “Let’s do MMA then. Let’s do MMA after we do this boxing stuff so I can elbow you in the head and knee you in the nugget. He cap.”

Jake Paul revealed that he has been in contact with the AKA team and they are ready to train Jake.

“People seem to forget that I was a state wrestler, Division 1 in Ohio, one of the hardest wrestling states,” Paul explained during a media scrum following Thursday’s pre-fight news conference. “I don’t see why if I can do boxing at this high of a level that I couldn’t do MMA at this high of a level.

“I’m gonna go get coached up by Jav Mendez, Team Khabib, and that’s that. They’re down, 100 percent.”

Do you guys think we will see Jake Paul competing in MMA?
