This weekend in a highly anticipated match-up, former youtube star turned boxer Jake Paul will take on the former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley in a boxing match at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland on August 29.
The fight will be available in India on FITE TV Pay-per-view for $14.99 and also includes all the undercard fights.
While Tyron Woodley is a trained fighter and has been for all of his adult life, facing someone inside the boxing ring is whole another equation. While Woodley was a champion in the world’s biggest Mixed Martial Arts promotion, he hasn’t competed professionally in boxing.
Heading into this fight, Jake Paul (1.5) is the betting favourite over Woodley (2.5) and the Sportsbook don’t think that the fight is going to last the full eight rounds.
Jake Paul is coming off a spectacular KO win over former UFC fighter Ben Askren. While Tyron Woodley was cut from the UFC following a four-fight losing streak. In his last fight, he suffered a first-round submission loss to Vicente Luque. For his upcoming fight against Jake Paul, Woodley has been taking boxing lessons from arguably the greatest boxer of all time Floyd Mayweather.
