In the past, a teaser video from MVP promotion, featured Punjabi music in Jake Paul’s training reel which further indicates a potential bout between the two. However, Paul has made it clear that he wants the fight to be built differently.

At a recent press conference, Ariel Helwani asked Paul about Jake Paul vs Neeraj Goyat. He asked if Paul’s opponent on March 2 is Goyat, to which Paul replied:
“No, no, it’s not him. We have another opponent locked.”
He added: “But Niraj has made some noise. You know his call out video got 25 million views. India’s biggest and best boxer. So it is interesting to me and I think it could be fun to go over to India and knock him out in his home country maybe one day but we’ll see.”
