The UFC has decided to land in Czech Republic for the very first time and the main event for the card was announced yesterday. A tweet from UFC’s official Twitter handle broke the news that Jan Blachowicz and Thiago Santos will meet in the main event of the aforementioned card.
A former middleweight, Thiago Santos has found a new life at light heavyweight. His biggest scrum came earlier this month with a stunning second round knockout of Jimi Manuwa.

The Polish Blachowicz is also having the time of his career as he has racked up four consecutive wins which includes wins over Jimi Manuwa and Nikita Krylov.
With the heavy handed Brazilian making a fairly quick turnaround, the fight will be instrumental in determining who climbs the ladder in the, rather shallow, light heavyweight division.
