Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight contender, Jimi Manuwa, is getting some blowback from mixed martial arts (MMA) fans across the pond, who appear to be less than enthused about his Jan Blachowicz rematch.
They’re expected to settle their score from UFC Fight Night 68 — which ended in favor of “Poster Boy” — at the upcoming UFC Fight Night 126 event on March 17, 2018 inside O2 Arena in London, England. Blame Glover Teixeira.
“The criticism should be aimed at him. The right choice for Glover to cement his place is a fight with me,”
“He’s [ranked] No. 3 and I’m No. 4. It’s the right fight to make. Surely he can see that. I really don’t know where his head is at. The only thing that makes sense is that he doesn’t want to fight me or he doesn’t want to risk the loss.”
