Known for his “leaving it all on the table” kind of fighting style, Justin Gaethje has always been a fan favourite. His latest win and the manner in which it came against Edson Barboza has only done more to cement his status. Not just the fans, but UFC colour commentator Joe Rogan has praises for Gaethje.
After his impressive first round finish of Edson Barboza in the very first round of the match, Joe Rogan awarded Gaethje the tile of the “most violent man in the most violent sport”
“To be considered the most violent man in the most violent sport in the world is a [expletive] crazy position, but in my mind [Gaethje] is that man. Congrats on an incredible KO victory last night over one of the most dangerous strikers in the sport!”
Despite losing fights to Eddie Alvarez and Dustin Poirier, Gaethje has never failed to win hearts with his barn burner style of fights. He has now become the first fighter in UFC history to grab a performance bonus in her first five UFC fights.
