Jorge Masvidal, the American professional boxer and former mixed martial artist, recently had some strong words for Jake Paul. The two fighters were brought up during the kick-off press conference for Masvidal’s upcoming boxing match against Nate Diaz. Here’s what Masvidal had to say:
“Listen, Jake,” Masvidal began, his frustration evident. “The UFC doesn’t like you. Dana White doesn’t like you. They said, ‘We’re not going to let you make money with this guy,’ because at the end of the day, we’re partners. Me and Nate, we’re going to make money right now.”
But Jorge Masvidal didn’t stop there. He turned his attention directly to Jake Paul’s recent interest in MMA:
“You can’t even box,” Masvidal continued. “Now you’re going to fight in MMA? I would kick your… kneecap off your fragile body.”
"You can’t even box. Now all of a sudden you’re doing f****** MMA? I’d kick your f****** kneecap off your fragile body. You dumb motherf*****."

Jorge Masvidal warns Jake Paul
Masvidal’s warning to Jake Paul comes as the Problem Child has been making headlines with his boxing matches. Paul previously faced Nate Diaz, who declined a $10 million offer for an MMA rematch under the PFL banner. Masvidal himself is coming out of retirement to box Diaz on June 1, marking Gambread’s boxing debut.
While the focus has been on the boxing match, Masvidal’s frustration extends to Diaz as well. Despite having beaten Diaz in their previous UFC encounter, Masvidal accused Diaz of demanding the boxing fight in Las Vegas and insisting on fighting on the same day as other major events. UFC 301 and a boxing match featuring Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol are both scheduled for June 1, creating competition for attention.
In summary, Jorge Masvidal isn’t mincing words when it comes to Jake Paul. Whether it’s boxing or MMA, Masvidal is ready to defend his turf and put the outspoken YouTuber in his place.
