Eight years since their scuffle in the Octagon, Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor have gotten into some verbal flame once again/

Aldo, the former two time UFC Featherweight champion, was seen in action this weekend at Gamebred Boxing 4 on the main card against Jeremy Stephens, with the bout ending in a majority draw, to Aldo’s discontent.

“The Notorious”, in the meantime, called out Aldo for a boxing match and the Brazilian, who is a 2023 UFC Hall of Fame inductee, responded to his former adversary during the post fight press conference.

“Conor (has a) big mouth,” said Aldo against McGregor’s callout. “He always talks a lot of sh*t. He has a scheduled fight. … Conor, shut your f*cking mouth. We were supposed to fight before in the UFC. You run, and now you still talk s***.” [H/T]

“Who pissed in your Açaí?” – Conor McGregor responds to Aldo while calling out Jeremy Stephens

Aldo’s comments during the Gamebred Boxing 4 post fight press conference soon came under the radar of McGregor, who hurled back at “Junior” on social media.

“Well ok then ahaha whatever lad I was only trying to be nice. Who pissed in your Açaí?” commented McGregor, even taking a shot at Stephens, referring to the famous line from the UFC 205 press conference.

“Me and who the f*** is that guy should box,” he added regarding Stephens.

The “Who the f*** is that guy?” jab has remained famous since the UFC 205 press conference, when Stephens called himself the hardest hitting 145-pounder and compared himself to McGregor, saying that while the Irishman TKO’s people, he knocks them out. To which, Mystic Mac responded with that famous jab.

Upon hearing the same jab as well as the challenge of a boxing match, “Lil Heathen” took to Twitter to respond to McGregor.

“@TheNotoriousMMA your brittle bones ready to throw heat? Name the place and time, u can have the steroids because I know u got wobbly legs in the late rounds.”
