Khamzat Chimaev offers to help Darren Till with his wrestling

UFC’s rising star Khamzat Chimaev has offered a helping hand to the former UFC welterweight title challenger Darren Till. Khamzat has offered to train Darren Till and help him out with his wrestling. Khamzat Chimaev is scheduled to fight Li Jingliang on October 30, 2021, at UFC 267. The fight will be a tough challenge for Chimaev as Li is a UFC veteran and one of the hardest-hitting fighters Chimaev has faced in his career. Ahead of his Fight at UFC 267, Khamzat is talking about training with Darren Till who is coming off a loss against Derek Brunson. Khamzat stated that he wants to help out Till with his wrestling.

In one of his Instagram live sessions, Khamzat talked about fighting Darren Till in the future. He also predicted that the fight would be one-sided domination from Chimaev and that he would Smash Darren Till.

“Say it to me where you want, I will fight brother. We’ll fight. Bullsh*t guys talk too much but we’ll have to show real fight, brother” Chimaev said.

“Oh yeah, I’ll fight you. Of course, you know I will. But you know I beat you right? You know I beat you easy. You know this. You know this,” Till said.

“Cage going to show it, brother. If you want to fight with me always welcome, but I think I can smash you easy, brother,” Chimaev said.

“You think you can smash me easy?” Till said.

“Of course, brother,” Chimaev responded.

“You’re too slow, too slow,” Till joked.

Khamzat Chimaev says he likes Darren Till

Now during the UFC 267 media interactions, Khamzat was asked questioned about Darren Till to which he responded by saying that now he is willing to train Darren Till and make him improve his wrestling skills. Darren Till in his last fight against Derek Brunson got dominated on the ground and eventually lost the fight via decision.

“No, I like this guy, actually,” Chimaev said to BT Sport (via BloodyElbow). “He’s funny. A funny guy. And I feel sorry for him about last fight, he lose. He lose many fights last time. I think he’s good, but has to train harder…”

“No, but if he wants to come to Stockholm, he’s welcome,” Chimaev added when asked if he had any advice for Till. “I told him, I can help you with your wrestling or something. And we can spar, we can train.”
