Jung suffered a serious injury back in June 2017 and has been out of action since. Prior to his injury, Jung was supposed to fight Ricardo Lamas at UFC 214 and now for his return fight, Jung wants to fight the former champion, Frankie Edgar.

“Frankie Edgar, are you watching? I guess from your point of view, you probably don’t want this fight and I guess you don’t have to fight me. You really don’t, but there’s no one to fight. So if you want to fight, get in touch,” Jung said. (via MMA Mania)

Jung’s last fight came back in February 2017 when he defeated Dennis Bermudez. This was also his first fight after finishing his mandatory military duty. Edgar, meanwhile, is coming off a win against Cub Swanson which he secured a couple of months back in April.
