Jorge Masvidal had mixed martial fans all around the world in awe when he last stepped foot inside the Octagon. He is fully aware of the leverage that such victory brings with itself. And, hence he doesn’t want to let it get away easily.
His manger Malki Kawa has announced that “Gamebred” has short listed the opponents for his next fight. He is either looking for a money fight with McGregor or a title shot against Kamaru Usman.
The news was broken on behalf of his brother by the other half of First Round Management, Malki Kawa. Malki’s brother Abraham Kawa is the manager of Masvidal. Both the brothers are the owners of First Round Management, the company that manages Masvidal and several other UFC and NFL athletes.
Just confirmed @GamebredFighter next fight will be either for the championship (if Usman accepts) or @TheNotoriousMMA (if he accepts). Those are the only 2 fights he is taking. Source: his Mgr @Abraham_kawa

Abraham also talked to MMA Junkie and gave further insights into the situation. He described his meeting with Usman at ESPYS and said that Usman is urely looking for a fight before the end of this year.
“I know Usman is interested as I spoke with him briefly at the ESPYS,” Kawa said. “Usman is dying to get back in there, so he is definitely up for it. Masvidal wants the fight that pays him the most,” he added. “I prefer the fight that pays him the most, as well. It’s why we get along so good (laughs).”
