In a highly anticipated boxing event, YouTuber Jake Paul will face off against former heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson on July 20, 2024. The match will take place at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. and will be will be streamed live globally exclusively on Netflix.
Mike Tyson undergoing serious training for comeback against Jake Paul
Known as “The Problem Child,” Paul has a professional record of 9-1, with 6 KOs. Tyson, often referred to as the “Baddest Man on the Planet,” retired from the sport with a record of 50-6, with 44 KOs.
While there’s no question over the pedigree of “Iron Mike”, many boxing fans have been giving Paul the edge for being three decades younger than Tyson, while the betting odds are also favouring him. However, there’s more to the tale.
In a recent clip shared on his Instagram, Tyson is seen doing some serious padwork and even at 57 years of age with sciatica issues, the former heavyweight world champion has been showing some impeccable power and speed.

As soon as the clip of Tyson’s training was shared, it went viral among the fight fans as they stormed the comments, praising the veteran boxer’s showcase of raw power even at this age, while many are already predicting an utter pummeling for Paul when they lock horns in July.
“If Tyson doesn’t win by KO it’s rigged. In no universe does Jake Paul survive,” wrote one fan.
