Bec Rawlings might no longer be in the UFC, but she is still making headlines in the combat sports arena. Rawlings, who was released from the UFC recently, made her debut at Bare Knuckle FC last day.
She secured a huge victory over boxer Alma Garcia via doctor’s stoppage in the fight and started off her bare-knuckle boxing career on the right note. In her post-fight interview, Rawlings also went on to claim that she is the queen of bare-knuckle boxing.
After all the dust settled down, Rawlings was interviewed by MMA Fighting where she opened up about the differences of bare-knuckle fighting and MMA. You can see the complete interview below.
The 29-year-old Rawlings is 7-8 in her MMA career and was on a four-fight losing streak before the UFC released her. Her last fight in the UFC came against Ashlee Evans-Smith at UFC 223 where she suffered a unanimous decision defeat.
