Last night’s Monday Night RAW aired from the Bell Center in Montreal, QC. The event saw a massive six-man tag match and an amazing Intercontinental Championship match that closed the show.

The Architect faced off against The Demon in a magnificent IC Title match.

Hometown Heroes Rub Salt on The Big Dog’s Wounds: 

  • The show was opened by The Big Dog Roman Reigns who came out to thunderous boos as usual.
  • Reigns cut a promo on the controversial finish to his match against Brock Lesnar at the Greatest Royal Rumble until he was interrupted by Jinder Mahal.
  • Mahal cut a promo on Reigns and wished to compete and beat him later on in the night.
  • Music hit and out came Sami Zayn to a massive hometown pop.
  • Zayn spoke to his hometown crowd in French and announced that not Jinder but he will take on Roman Reigns.
  • However, Zayn was also interrupted by his best friend Kevin Owens who is also from Quebec.
  • Owens also spoke to his hometown crowd in French and demanded that he be the one who will face Reigns.
  • Reigns punched Owens but got attacked in return by all the heels.
  • Music hit and out came Bobby Lashley who was later followed by Braun Strowman.
  • The faces cleared the ring and a six-man tag match was announced for the episode.

The Drifter Causes an Inglorious Injury: 

  • Elias came out and did his usual bit before his match against Bobby Roode.
  • However, Roode came out before Elias could finish his segment and the match commenced.
  • Elias def. Bobby Roode after Roode suffered a potential injury and the referees stopped the match.

Authors of Pain def. Local Competitors via pinfall.

Ruby Riott def. Sasha Banks via pinfall.

The Babyfaces Cause A Hometown Upset: 

  • Braun Strowman, Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns faced Jinder Mahal, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens in a six-man tag team match.
  • Braun Strowman, Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns def. Jinder Mahal, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens via pinfall. 

Titus’ Slide Costs The Lone Wolf a match: 

  • No Way Jose def. Baron Corbin after Titus O’Neil interrupted in the match and slid under the ring apron like he did at the Greatest Royal Rumble.
  • Titus did this to distract Corbin who he had a heated altercation with, in a  backstage segment.

Natalya def. Mickie James via pinfall. 

The Demon and The Architect Do Battle: 

  • Seth Rollins and Finn Balor faced each other in a phenomenal main event for the Intercontinental Championship.
  • Seth Rollins def. Finn Balor via pinfall to retain the championship.
