Korean Zombie vs Brian Ortega set for Oct. 17 UFC event
The UFC featherweight division is ready to see some fireworks, as the fight between the two top contenders Brian Ortega and The Korean Zombie has finally been confirmed for the main event on October 17th.
The two were previously scheduled to fight in December last year, but the fight got cancelled after Ortega had to pull out due to an injury. He was replaced by Frankie Edgar, who was knocked out by Chan Jung Sung in the first round. Ortega was last seen at UFC 231 where he suffered his first loss against the former champion Max Holloway.

Jon Jones hints at moving up to the heavyweight division
UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones said that he may be looking forward to moving up to heavyweight division to face the current champion Stipe Miocic.
Just minutes after UFC 252 wrapped up Jones tweeted that he wants to move up to a heavyweight division and fight for the heavyweight championship against the current champion Stipe Miocic who just defeated Daniel Cormier putting an end to their rivalry in the trilogy fight.

Niko Price vs Donald Cerrone set for Sept 19
Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone is going to face off against a brawler Niko Price on September 19 at UFC 253.
Donald Cerrone has got a perfect comeback fight against Niko Price as both of them got similar fighting styles. Cerrone last fought against Pettis at UFC 249 lost via unanimous decision. This fight could be the perfect matchup for him style-wise.

Zabit Magomedsharipov vs Yair Rodriguez rescheduled for UFC 254
UFC featherweight fighters Zabit Magomedsharipov and Yair Rodriguez are being rescheduled to fight at UFC 254 for the fourth time.
Both these fighters have been scheduled to fight each other previously but the fight got cancelled due to several pull-outs. This is the 4th time both of them are preparing to fight each other.

Paige VanZant signs a four-fight deal with BKFC
The former UFC fighter Paige VanZant announced that she signed a four-fight contract with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.
The deal is worth more than $1 million, with incentives attached, according to ESPN. The confirmation news was first reported by ESPN’s Ariel Helwani.

In its return, last Tuesday opened up several opportunities for fighters to get a chance to fight for their dreams. The recently concluded Contender series was held at UFC Apex, Las Vegas. At the end of the contest, all the five winning fighters were awarded a UFC contract.

Stipe Miocic emerges victorious from the DC trilogy
Stipe Miocic successfully defended his UFC heavyweight championship at UFC 252 against Daniel Cormier in the main event. The fight was action-packed for the entire five rounds. While Daniel Cormier took down Stipe Miocic in the first round, the Croatian managed to hurt Cormier bad at the end of the second round.
