Josh Emmett speaking to Ariel Helwani – After the weigh-ins, I did the Fox interview and I was standing right next to Dominick Cruz. I thought it was awkward when he asked me questions. I know that he is rooting for his teammate. He is biased towards him and he is just trying to get a rise out of me. I don’t have a feud against any of them. I don’t know any of them personally and he is asking me if there is a rival. There is no rival for me. There may be between my teammates and their teammates. But, I am not going to make accusations on someone I don’t know. I just thought that the whole thing was weird. Now, he is on the fox panel and he is a journalist. He should be held to a high standard. It makes our sport look bad.
Brian Ortega – When everybody tells me that I can’t Frankie Edgar, I just say,”Let’s go for it. Let’s see if we can do it” This is a great challenge because it puts that extra edge on me to finish him. When you tell me that he has never been finished, I am the kind of guy to go out there and finish him. If you tell me that I can’t do something, I will do it. They said that if I beat Frankie, I get the shot at the title. So, the stars align. All I have to do is get the job done. If I do, I fight for the title.
Mark Henry speaking to Anik and Florian – I just think that it’s (McGregor’s recent Instagram post) corny. There were 3 different times he could have fought Frankie and he said no each time. So, I just thought that it was ridiculous. We are full ahead on Ortega and he is a killer. That is all we are concentrating on. I know that he has posted stuff about Max and Max is such an amazing champion. A guy that has defended. A guy who earned his title shot and keeps saying fight one more and he will keep doing that. I have so much respect for a champion like him. We just thought enough is enough.
Artem Lobov speaking to Ariel Helwani – It is a concern to stick around, definitely. This fight is a must win for me. That is the way I want to approach the fight. You should approach every fight this way anyway. If it’s do or die, there is no way back. There is no way out. You can only win. That is how I have approached my entire life. I want to succeed in this life no matter what. I have to and I will.

Derrick Lewis speaking to Ariel Helwani – A lot of people doubted me saying that I have no heart. While we’re on the mic, fu*k Colby Covington, whatever his name is. Note that down. Why? I heard that he was talking sh*t. The guy wears a polo shirt and as soon as you touch him, he calls the cops on you.
Miesha Tate on the MMA Tonight Podcast – I don’t really care at this point if he comes back because I have lost the faith and interest I had in Jon Jones. Maybe in 3 or 4 years, depending on the amount of time he is suspended for, he makes changes, then he has a chance at restoring whatever damage he has done. But, at this point, I don’t care. I am over Jon Jones. I am done with it. I don’t want to hear a sob story. For the first and second time, he kind of had me. But, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times, am I waiting for a fourth now? I wish and hope that this does change Jon Jones. But, I am not invested in Jon Jones anymore. I am checked out at this point. It has just been too many times, too many instances that I have heard this story. Unless he shows me something different than saying I am a changed man, he has got to do a lot more to gain me back as a fan to care to see him compete again. I just don’t want to be let down again.
