Michael Bisping on the Believe You Me podcast – I kinda felt sorry for Rockhold. He comes across as a douche. Just watch his interview with Megan Olivi in the sunglasses. But, I don’t take pleasure in watching someone get knocked out. He looked devastated.

To make matters worse, Romero gets in his face, pins him up against the fence and is professing his undying love for Luke. Rockhold looked terrified at that point. He looked like he was making love. In that circumstance, the officials should not allow that to happen. When you’re knocked out, you have no idea what’s going on around you. That was a little bit much. He did it to me as well in MSG. Maybe he gets sexually turned on when he knocks guys out.

One guy had a great fight. It was his UFC debut. He very much impressed me. Israel Adesanya with a record of 65-5 in kickboxing, 11-0 in MMA. Fantastic takedown defence. When you fight a professional kickboxer, always take him down to the ground. Rob knew this and he tried but he could not do it. Adesanya popped right back up. Taking people down the entire time is tiring, so Rob could not continue. He has a lot of personality, confident as fuck. I have started following him on Instagram. He is super cocky and could be the next big star.

Tyron Woodley staving off another one of Maia’s takedown (PC: Yahoo Sports)

Tyron Woodley speaking to Ariel Helwani – There is so much negativity towards me. Use that energy to switch to talking something positive about me. Don’t talk about how Tyron Woodley fought Demian Maia and so few strikes were thrown. If you tore your f**king labrum, you may not be swinging the hammer and throwing so many strikes yourself. Nobody regurgitated that statement. Nobody said, “He is a f**king beast. He freaking beat this man with one arm.”

In a 5-round fight, I did not get taken down once by a guy who was on a 7-fight win streak that took down all of his opponents. How many times have you heard that stat?

Stephen Thompson won 7 in a row, Paige Vanzant breaking her arm before the X-Ray was even shown. “Oh my God, Paige is a freaking stud, she fought with a broken arm and lost!”

She is awesome but there are other warriors out here that are dealing with adversity and injuries. I broke my foot on the first strike against Kelvin Gastelum but I still beat him. What happened after that? He got a f**king job as a coach on the Ultimate Fighter. So, I have understood that I need to start being unprofessional, start coming late to press conferences and that’s how you start getting paid.

Dana and the fans don’t give me the credit I deserve. I will accept a fight with RDA but the price tag will be higher.

Joe Rogan on his podcast – When Ortega got hold of Cub’s neck, it was scary and impressive at the same time. It was technique on a whole another level. Everything had perfect placement and leverage. When he grabs hold of something, he synches it up quickly. This is a f**king dangerous fight for Frankie to accept it on short notice.

Frankie is as gangster as it gets.
